1. Who we are

GulfNurseries is run by an individual based in Pakistan, trading as GulfNurseries ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected]. By using GulfNurseries you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, such as a nursery or an advertiser, you confirm that you may accept them for that business.

2. What GulfNurseries is

GulfNurseries is a directory that helps parents find and compare nurseries and childcare centres in the Gulf. Listings combine publicly available information (such as Google Maps listings, nurseries' own websites and regulators' published lists) with details supplied by nursery owners.

We work to keep listings accurate, but we can't guarantee every detail (such as fees, hours, curriculum, licence or places available) is complete or up to date. Please confirm what matters to you with the nursery.
We don't take bookings or payments for places. Any agreement about a place is between the parent and the nursery; we are not a party to it.
A listing is not a recommendation. Ratings and review counts come from Google. Nurseries on a paid plan are marked "Featured"; paying doesn't change their rating.

3. Accounts and listings for nursery owners

Give true information, keep your password secret, and only claim, add or edit a nursery you are authorised to represent. We check claims and changes before they go live and may refuse or remove them.
When you send details or photos, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you let us publish and resize them on GulfNurseries and when promoting it. If a photo shows children, you confirm you have their parents' or guardians' permission.
If parents send you an enquiry through GulfNurseries, use their details only to answer it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, send spam, pretend to be someone else, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to break into or overload the site, or copy or scrape the directory.

5. Paid plans

What you get. Featured and Premium, and what each includes, are described on our plans and pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit.
Ordering and paying. You request a plan; we confirm the details and send you an invoice in your local currency, for a month or a year, at the price on the pricing page. You pay by bank transfer or by card through the payment link on the invoice. Your plan starts once payment has been received and runs for the period paid.
No automatic renewal. We send the next invoice about a week before your plan ends. If you don't pay it, your listing goes back to the Free plan; your details, photos and enquiries stay.
Founding partners. Free months offered to founding partners cost nothing; we contact you before any invoice.
Price changes. A new price applies only from your next invoice, and we tell you before we send it.
No guaranteed results. Paid plans give your listing more visibility as described; we can't guarantee a number of views, enquiries or enrolments.

6. Refunds and cancelling

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying for a new plan or an upgrade; no reason needed. The plan then ends and your listing returns to the Free plan.
You can stop at any time by not paying the next invoice. After the 14 days, the period you've already paid for isn't refunded, unless the law gives you a right to it.
If we stop a plan or a main feature of it, or remove your listing from a paid plan for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of your payment.
To ask for a refund, email us with your invoice number. Refunds go back the way you paid.

7. Advertising

Banners, sponsorships and sponsored articles are agreed separately for each campaign and are always labelled. We may refuse any ad, including ads unsuitable for families. If we can't run a campaign you've paid for, we refund the part that didn't run.

8. Our content and the site

The GulfNurseries name, logo, design and software, and the way the directory is put together, belong to us. Nurseries' own names, logos and photos belong to them. We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change its features.

9. Suspension

We may suspend an account or listing, or take a listing off a paid plan, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a risk of fraud or to the site's security. Where reasonable we'll tell you why first. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

10. Our responsibility

GulfNurseries is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of listing information, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects a plan you've paid for, we'll tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts deal with any dispute, without taking away rights you have under the law where you live.
